Agenses Insights has been designed to be as easy to use as possible. This way even novice call center managers can use this call center forecasting tool.
There are three main screens:
The dashboard is the place where you will get updated about all important information.
The Day Forecast Screen
The Forecast screen shows you the needed agents for each quarter of the day. This screen helps you make a schedule.
The Call Profile Screen
The Call Profile screen shows the basic profile which is used by Forecast to make predictions. You can create as many or as few profiles as you need. For instance if your call center is open during weekdays and during weekends you could make one profile for all weekdays and one profile for the weekend days.
