Agenses Forecast, call center forecasting made easy - 26 februari 2014

Agenses today introduces Agenses Forecast. A brand new tool to forecast the number of call center agents your call center needs in order to keep service levels high.

Forecasting in call centers has always been an insecure area. "How many calls do i expect each period of the day?" is a question many call center managers find hard to answer.

With Agenses Forecast we offer a tool that takes your estimate  of the number of calls you expect for a certain day and from that calculate the number of calls you can expect for each period of the day. This number of course is used to calculate the needed number of agents based on our own Agenses C (Erlang C-based) software.

All this is now available to try for free.
