Agenses achieved 1000 user milestone - 13 october 2014

Agenses today announces that it has achieved an important milestone. A thousand call center managers (and other professionals) have used Agenses. Together these 1,000 users have made 10,437 calculations.

In the past year Agenses has introduced a new free Erlang C calculator with features like calculating average agent occupancy time. Agenses  is determined to improve its products with a focus on increasing usability and adding more features.

Agenses strives to offer calculation and planning tools which help call center managers achieve a more stable service level and still keep a close eye to costs.
